Vitamin D3 is fat-soluble, insoluble in water, can only be dissolved in fat or fat solvents, and can resist high temperature and oxidation in neutral and alkaline solutions. The addition of vitamin D3 to feed can be used to prevent animal rickets, regulate the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus, especially promote the absorption of calcium and phosphorus, and improve the conversion rate of calcium and phosphorus in bones, thereby promoting the growth of animal bones.
