UV-6020 UV-Vis Spectrophotometer

The UV-6020 is an extended model that combines flexibility and functionality. It features a wide wavelength range of 190nm to 1200nm, low stray light levels and low noise indicators, and can rival many high-priced UV-Vis and UV-VIS-NIR instruments. It has a continuously variable slit width within the range of 0.5nm to 3.0nm. This genuine dual-beam instrument is highly suitable for daily laboratory work and more advanced applications with a wavelength range reaching the NIR region. This model can be equipped with various accessories, including a sample converter, an autosampler, a semiconductor Peltier effect or water bath temperature controller, and a reflector sphere capable of measuring up to 1150nm. UV-6020 has the greatest flexibility and extremely powerful functions.

The innovative optical design guarantees reliable and stable measurement results, even for uL-level samples that meet all performance specifications, IQ/OQ, multinational pharmacopoeia and other performance specifications can be easily tested through the "Automatic System Performance Verification" module of UV software

A variety of applications are completed through specific software modules, such as routine testing, quantitative analysis, system performance verification, color analysis, kinetic/time studies, and DNA dissolution analysis

The leading design, even at scanning speeds up to 10,000nm/min, does not have spectral deformation, so that it can complete the full, band scanning time is 2 orders of magnitude less than traditional instruments. Using a uniquely designed holographic grating, a very low level of stray light can be obtained, which in turn guarantees excellent photometric accuracy over a wide absorbance range. The UV-6020 can accurately test samples up to 3Abs. During one chopper rotation cycle, the dark current of the detector is measured and corrected twice, thus eliminating errors caused by dark current drift, and the stability and linearity of the measurement are improved.
