EW-4430 Portable Foaming Agent Rapid Detector

The EW-4430 is designed based on the existing EW-4400 portable photoionization gas chromatograph. The internal structure of the instrument has been optimized. Without changing the volume of the instrument shell, a solid sample pyrolysis furnace has been added, thus enabling the analysis of samples in different states, including gas samples, liquid samples and solids. And it is still very small in size and easy to carry. In simple terms, it is a portable foam plastic foaming agent rapid detection instrument that can not only test gas foaming agents but also rapidly detect the foaming agent components in liquid foaming agents and solid foam samples simultaneously.

Detection limit: 0.3ppb (benzene); Linear range: 105; Photoionization detector (PID), photon energy 10.6eV using photons to achieve sample ionization, no radioactive source; instrument is lightweight, flexible, especially suitable for on-site analysis and emergency detection of environmental pollution accidents; no need for hydrogen, combustion gas, high-purity nitrogen or air can be used as carrier gas, built-in gas cylinder; non-destructive detection, safe and reliable; analysis of organic volatiles in water, direct sampling for headspace sampling; no chemical pretreatment, concentration, enrichment, adsorption - thermal analysis; direct injection analysis, accurate and reliable results; won the 2005 BCEIA Gold Award.
