GC-4000A (08A/08B/08C) special gas chromatograph for coal mine

The GC-4008 series coal mine gas chromatograph is a device equipped with detectors such as thermal conductivity and hydrogen flame. A dedicated coal mine gas chromatograph with multiple specialized chromatographic columns can be used for mine rescue analysis and monitoring the analysis of gases during the oxidation and self-heating process of coal seams, improving the accuracy of early prediction and forecast of spontaneous combustion. It can measure the changes in the concentration of gas components in a closed fire area, determine the degree of extinguishing in a closed fire area and the risk level of gas explosion, providing scientific data for decision-makers.

1. The system can achieve sampling and analysis, and automatically print analysis reports.

The uniquely designed four-column detection system can conveniently perform constant and trace analysis on gases such as O2, N2, CH4, CO, CO2, C2H4, C2H6, C3H8, and C2H2, without the need to replace the chromatographic column, without frequent replacement, adjustment of analytical conditions, and various analytical parameters set to the ideal state at one time, the detection of constant and trace components can be realized, and can be used for the analysis of constant CO2.
