SG-2003/2003B Mine Natural Fire Bundle Tube Monitoring System

The SG-2003 type mine gas natural fire bundle tube monitoring system is an integrated engineering solution, which is used to continuously obtain the data of landmark gases for underground fires. Through ground monitoring and control, it automatically cycles and samples for analysis to predict and forecast the possibility of fires and gas explosions. This system is composed of underground dust filters, single tubes, primary water filtration devices, distribution boxes, bundle tubes, secondary water filtration devices, vacuum pipeline systems, automatic control cabinets for gas sampling, special chromatographs for bundle tubes, etc. It features a safe and reliable ground analysis and negative pressure acquisition system, an integrated gas sampling automatic control cabinet, flow display and regulation functions, an optimized negative pressure pipeline system, and an automatic check function for resistance-free vacuum pipelines, etc.

The analysis center and the negative pressure air source power device are located on the ground; the underground non-electrochemical sensor, the ground electrical equipment does not require harsh riot level requirements, is safe and reliable, and is easy to maintain.

The gas sampling system, the flow display and regulation device and the ground secondary water filtration device are integrated into one; the volume is small, the pipeline joints are few, the pipeline is short, and the gas resistance is minimized; the downhole bundle tube to the ground analysis instrument only needs one joint connection, and the installation is simple.
