Plate-shaped corundum, also known as plate-shaped alumina, is a kind of sintered alumina. It has high purity, low alkali, high density, high strength, high thermal conductivity, high shock resistance, corrosion resistance, high insulation, etc. It is mainly used as a high-grade refractory material aggregate and powder. It is used in shaped and unshaped refractory materials. It is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, electronics, ceramics, high temperature kilns, abrasives and other industries. With the country‘s increasing efforts to control the environment and high energy consumption, the demand for plate-shaped corundum is increasing. In plate-shaped corundum, its main component is Al2O3 (content 98.5%), and contains a small amount of K2O/Na2O, Fe2O3, SiO2 and other components. The content of trace metal elements has a great impact on the quality and application of plate corundum. In this paper, a method for the determination of potassium and sodium in board corundum by atomic absorption flame method is established for the reference of relevant personnel. Attachment download
