Vitamin E can change the reproductive ability of animals, increase immune function, promote intracellular respiration, and also keep unsaturated fatty acids, thiol compounds and thiol enzymes in the body from oxidative damage, so VE has antioxidant effects. VE is an important vitamin feed additive in the feed industry. In this experiment, with reference to GB/T17812-2008 "Determination of Vitamin E in Feed", the direct extraction method was used to determine the compound premix of 4% laying hens.
