Precise determination of the purity of siloxanes is crucial for the synthesis and performance research of siloxanes. The purity of siloxanes is determined by gas chromatography, and the analysis process is simple and fast. In this paper, according to the method of T/FSI 073-2021, after the optimization of the detection conditions, a GC-4100 gas chromatograph was established to detect the purity of dimethyl diethoxysilane, tetramethyl divinyl disiloxane, and dimethyl siloxane mixed ring. The method has good repeatability and high accuracy, which can be used for the reference of relevant personnel. Attachment download
