
Determination of standard collection rate and desalination rate of high salt samples by East-West Analysis Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

In this paper, using East-West Analysis AA-7050 Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, combined with high-salt extraction column technology, an efficient and accurate detection method is established, which provides a reliable solution for the collection rate and salt removal rate determination of lead (Pb) and cadmium (Cd) in high-salt samples. The AA-7050 instrument adopts deuterium lamp background correction technology, which significantly improves the detection sensitivity of Pb and Cd in complex substrates (such as 10% NaCl). Its graphite furnace visual system supports real-time monitoring of sample atomization process to ensure parameter optimization and result accuracy. In addition, the instrument is equipped with an auto-sampler and multi-element lamp switching function, which can quickly complete multi-element continuous determination and greatly improve the experimental efficiency.
